What Is the Dress Code?

The attire for our wedding is semi-formal. Women, please wear nice sundresses or semi-casual separates. Men, please wear dress pants or khaki pants, with a button up or polo shirt. We would like you to wear something casual and comfortable, while also keeping it classy. We invite you to think 'garden party' with lots of color. Please no denim or shorts.

Can I Bring My Kids?

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves and due to limited space, we have chosen to only invite those ages 13 and up. Attendees are only to be those whose names are listed on the invitation.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

We are excited to celebrate our wedding with those closest to us. Our wedding is strictly RSVP and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation.

What Time Should I Arrive at the Ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 5:30pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm so arriving at 5:30pm will allow time to mingle and find a seat!

Can I Bring a Gift?

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to the bride and groom's honeymoon fund at the wedding.

Is There Parking Available at the Wedding Venue?

Yes, Bethel Rock has plenty of parking for all of our guests, along with a parking attendant for your convenience.

Should I Bring Cash for the Bar?

The drinks are on us! We are providing an open bar with signature drinks, beer, seltzers, and champagne. Feel free to bring cash to tip the bartenders if you would like.

Will the Wedding be Located Indoors or Outdoors?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception is indoor/outdoor. There will be fans and water provided for the ceremony, as well as shaded seating areas during both the ceremony and cocktail hour.

Will Transportation be Provided to/from the Wedding?

Under travel you will see that there is a shuttle that will take you to/from the wedding if you book at the Hampton Inn and Suites in McKinney. It is $17 round trip and a 14 passenger shuttle. There is plenty of parking available at the venue if you wish to provide your own transportation.

Where Can We Stay if We are Coming From out of Town?

Also under the travel section there are two different hotels available where we have reserved a block of 10 rooms at each. One is a Hampton Inn and Suites located in McKinney and the other is a Holiday Inn Express located in Bonham. The details and room rates is all included under the travel section!
