Daniel and I met one cold winter day...on Bumble. A very common way that people meet now, and we are no exception. On Bumble, girls are the ones to message the boy first, so naturally I sent Daniel and audio message singing "You are so beautifuuuul, to meeeeee!". To which Daniel replied, "You can send audio messages on this?"
I knew I had him. Hook, line and sinker.
When Daniel first asked me to be his girlfriend, we were on our way to a restaurant in Austin from San Marcos. He told me he was referring to me as his girlfriend to his friends. I think I said something bashful and adorable like "You just called me your girlfriend! Thats so cool!"
Very calm. Very cool. Very much in love.
The day Daniel asked me to marry him, I was sick with the flu. He was so nervous because he invited our friends and family to Dripping Springs for the proposal. So, when I said I didn't want to go out to dinner for our usual date night, he ushered me out the door with a promise of a memorable night.
Daniel and I have been together for four years now and are so excited to start the rest of our lives together with our two dogs, Macy and Charlie.
