We know WE are the main event of the weekend, but you might as well take advantage of our beloved city before, between, or after wedding events! There is obviously lots to do everywhere, but below are are some of our San Francisco favorites.
There is so much to see in GG Park. Check out the Conservatory of Flowers, Japanese Tea Garden, aquarium at California Academy of Sciences, or just walk around and enjoy the scenery and people-watching.
A beautiful cliff trail over the ocean full of cypress, eucalyptus, and Golden Gate Bridge views. It's also where we got engaged!
An impressive and gorgeous structure in the Marina District on a pond with an easy paved loop. It's also walkable to all the shops, restaurants, and bars in the Marina; or the Marina Green if you like boat-watching.
Clement street is right around the corner from our apartment and where we spend a lot of time. There are cute shops, dim sum, dive bars, and ice cream. It's also just a couple blocks from an entrance into Golden Gate Park.
Since our wedding falls around the holidays, the famous life-size Fairmont gingerbread house and Christmas tree will be on display in the hotel lobby. Grab a drink at the bar and get cozy.
An old-school bowling alley in the Presidio — quite close to our wedding venue! They take reservations online if you feel like a quick bowling sesh.
