Our story for those who don't know....is a long one.

Zoe's version:

We met at the ages of about 12 and 13. I was a quirky 12-year-old walking around the neighborhood when I spotted a group of skater boys at a park. One of those boys was Morgan. I would sit on a bench and watch them for lengths of time...yes I know this is a little weird. One day, Morgan finally approached me on the bench and asked who I was and what I was doing.

After a while of doing this, Morgan and I would hang out together, cause he was always available after school since he was homeschooled. I had a little crush on him, but I thought he was too sweet and good to like me.

In my senior year of high school, I finally told him I liked him, but he was at college and wanted to live a hot-boy lifestyle...understood.

When I went to college we were still in contact and flirtatious. When he was in town we hung out, and I would visit him occasionally.

In 2020, when I moved back home for lockdown/graduated, we started officially dating.

In 2023, during the time we were buying our house, Morgan finally proposed and the rest is still being written. :)

Morgan's version:

I met Zoe in middle school at the neighborhood park. We became friends and continued to hang out around the neighborhood. One Christmas, we stood outside my house and talked for three hours, this was the first time my family met Zoe. In high school, we stayed in touch. She used to bring me Red Bulls while I was working at the pool. During college, we would both visit each other for a weekend trip on occasion. I dropped out of college in 2018 and moved back home. Once she graduated in 2020, she moved back home. We started seeing each other regularly again. I had never told her that I had a crush on her since we first met. I eventually asked her to be my girlfriend. She cried because she was so mad it took me nearly 10 years. On March 12th, 2023 I proposed to her at the beach and she said yes, even though I forgot the ring at home. We purchased our first home together in April and got a tiny dog. The end.
