The venue is called Arrowwood and is located at 545 Loma Linda Rd, Palmer TX 75152. Please note that this will be an outdoor ceremony and reception. Both the ceremony and reception will be at Arrowwood.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this time of year in Texas, may we suggest the following attire:
Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony and reception.
Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional
Please don't feel the need to match our colors. However, we do recommend lighter colors (nothing white or white adjacent) and patterns.
What is the weather like this time of year?
Texas in June is known for its hot and sunny weather. We're expecting average highs in the upper 80s and lows in the mid-70s. The humidity can be high, so be sure to dress accordingly and stay hydrated.
Do I need to RSVP?
Yes, please! We kindly request that you RSVP by May 25th so we can finalize the headcount. You can also RSVP online through this website.
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
What time should I arrive?
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. Ceremony begins at 5:00 pm.
Where should guests park?
There is a gravel lot for parking at the venue.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Dinner will be served at 7:00. We will be having beef and chicken fajitas with beans and rice. There will also be an open bar as well as non-alcoholic drinks.
Where are you registered?
We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our newlywed home. This website has a link to our registry. There is an option to have gifts shipped to our home if that is easier for you.
