A refundable deposit of $100 per room is due at the time of booking. Final payment for the room is due January 2025.

You will receive a group rate by booking through our travel agent. If you find a cheaper rate on a different site, they will match the price.

We recommend booking as soon as possible as we expect room prices to increase the closer we get to the wedding! We also anticipate that the resort will fill up so please reserve your room early to ensure you get the type of room you want. Your $100 deposit is refundable so you can always change your mind.

Travel dates are flexible and there are no required arrival and departure dates and no minimum amount of nights. We suggest staying for at least 3 nights for your full enjoyment. Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday would work best. There will be a welcome cocktail party on Friday evening that we hope you can attend.
