First Date - Samuel was not aware it was a date and wondered why this cute girl wanted to hang out with him.

Beach Retreat 2022 - Samuel & Zoe volunteered at Beach Retreat with Second Baptist Church where nearly a thousand students gave their lives to Christ. This amazing opportunity encouraged them to continue altruistic ventures such as Vacation Bible School, Forge for Families, Serve Houston, and more.

Miami, Florida - The first trip Samuel & Zoe took together with friends. On this particular day, the group of six decided to take a spontaneous bus/boat tour that they will never forget. Thank you Caden Rain!

Christmas - Both the Allison and Shanley Families converged to have a wonderful, merry Christmas. Samuel had never experienced such a large gathering for a family celebration. (He would later find out that this would be a normal occurrence for the Shanleys)

Cancun, Mexico - An insane adventure filled with awesome family, friends, food, and excursions. None of this would have been possible if Zoe's passport didn't arrive just hours before they had to leave for the airport.

Zoe threw Samuel a surprise 21st birthday party where all his closest friends and family could celebrate. His childhood friend Mateo drove nine hours to commemorate this special occasion. This was by far one of the greatest birthday celebrations ever.

Birthday on the Range- Samuel took Zoe to the gun range for her 20th Birthday after visiting the Zoo. This was when he learned how to shoot for the first time. (Their birthdays are ten days apart)

Last Day at Roadhouse - After two years of working at Texas Roadhouse, Zoe moved away for school at Texas State. Samuel & Zoe were blessed with the opportunity to experience working together before they would eventually become lifelong teammates.

Josh's Birthday Bash - Joshua would go on to test Zoe's social anxiety by requiring everyone to wear onesies out in public. Great experiences all around, although Zoe may think otherwise.

The Tidwell's Wedding - Samuel & Zoe were blessed with the opportunity to be a part of their wedding party. They got a taste of what it felt like to walk down the aisle together. Ooooooooooooo!

2-Year Anniversary - Samuel & Zoe took a day trip to San Antonio where they shared Shanley family traditions such as staying at the park from dawn until dusk and having a picnic in the parking lot during lunch break.

Asheville, North Carolina - Samuel cleverly disguised a friends' trip in January as a ploy to cover up his true intentions.... proposing! His Mentor/Boss was kind enough to have lent his Asheville AirBnB for the week. Thank you James Pitman!
