There is a waiver required upon entrance to the venue, you can find it under the 'waiver' tab. If possible, please have this signed and printed to present upon entry to the Rustic Falls gate.
HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?
The address of the venue is 301 County Road 170, George West, Texas 78022. The ranch is off the beaten track but is accessible through Apple or Google maps. For the old-school type coming from George West, take Highway 59 and 281. Go 15 miles south on Highway 281. Go past the County Road 170 sign and take next right onto County Road 170 (caliche road). Follow Rustic Falls at Vaughn Ranch event signs.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Upon arrival at the Rustic Falls gate, please allow an additional 15 minutes to get to the ceremony site as it's located at the back of the property. Event staff will be present to welcome guests, give directions, and collect waivers.
WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour outside the event center where there will be a charcuterie board and beverages.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A PLUS ONE/CHILDREN?
As much as we would love to have more people celebrating with us, the invitation is only for those listed.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal, summer cocktail. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail, midi or floor length dresses. Gentleman are encouraged to wear a sports coat or button-up shirt and jeans or slacks.
Overall, we want you to feel comfortable and to feel like YOU!
DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND, I STAY?
There is no hotel room block, but please see the "accommodations" tab for the closest hotels.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
We kindly ask that you put your phones away during the CEREMONY and have the volume turned OFF. We have hired an incredible photographer and would love for you to be fully present when we say, "I DO". However, please feel free to take photos throughout the evening otherwise.
We also ask that you DO NOT post any pictures of the bride, groom and wedding party on social media until we have had a chance to share our own. This is OUR special day, and we want to share it on our own timeline. Please don’t steal our thunder!!
