Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Yes! We've reserved room blocks at two hotels (both about 15 minutes from the venue). Please book a hotel room no later than April 2026 using the links in the 'Hotels' section of our website.
Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
Our ceremony and reception will be held at the Hilltop Manor property on Saturday June 20th 2026.

What time should we arrive?
Please plan to arrive no later than 4:30pm. Our ceremony will begin at 5pm.
Will the ceremony and reception be outside?
Yes! Our ceremony and reception will be outside. In the case of bad weather, we will adjust our ceremony plan and hold our reception in the barn on the Hilltop Manor grounds.
What if it's hot?
We know that a mid-June wedding means higher temps, but rest assured we'll make sure you stay cool and comfortable throughout the evening. Festivities begin later in the day, there will be areas to relax in the shade and, of course, plenty of cold drinks on hand. Guests will have access to the Hilltop Manor home and are welcome to lounge and cool off inside if needed. Please dress for the weather - feel free to skip the suit jackets and ties - we're keeping it casual anyway ;)
Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel?
Yes! Shuttle service will be provided. Information on shuttle service can be found in the 'Shuttle Service Info' section of our website.
Can I drive to and park at the wedding location?
Yes! The property has plenty of parking if you are planning to drive.
What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?
Catered dinner will be provided by Beccafico, an Italian restaurant in Lititz, PA.
We have informed our catering options of major food allergies (peanuts, legumes, etc.). There will be vegan, non dairy, and gluten free options so everyone can enjoy Beccafico's food!
When will food be served?
Appetizers will be served during cocktail hour starting at 5:30pm and dinner will begin around 7pm followed by dessert.
Do you have a registry?
In lieu of a registry, we've set up a honeymoon fund for our European adventures in Northern Italy, Switzerland, and Germany.
Any contribution is greatly appreciated, but certainly not required or expected. Your presence with us on our wedding day is the best gift of all!
