Fingers crossed that September 28th will be a beautiful day! If we are unable to have the ceremony outside, we have an alternate ceremony site in the Loft room at our reception venue, Lidia’s. All announcements of changes will be posted on our website.

The Rose Garden at Loose Park is on the northwest side of the park. There is a parking lot and parking spots along the parameter of the Rose Garden. Please use this address to take you to the correct location: 585 W 52nd St Parking, Kansas City, MO

Hotel Phillips provides a shuttle between the hotel and Lidia’s starting at 3:30. We will provide an additional shuttle between Lidia’s and the ceremony site at Loose Park. Shuttle times at Lidia’s are 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm. The shuttle will accommodate 37 passengers per trip.

Unfortunately, Hotel Phillips does not have a shuttle that runs late. Uber and the streetcar that runs along Main St. will be your best options. Those driving to the wedding should be careful and Uber if needed!

We would love to keep the party rolling and continue to celebrate with everyone! Our plan is to head to Johnny’s at Power & Light to continue the celebration!

Be sure to have your ID on you in case the venue bartenders card you.

Our reception venue has minimal capacity. We will only be able to accommodate those specifically addressed on the invitation. If we are able to accommodate additional guests, we will let you know.

All guests will be 21+ with the exception of the bride’s siblings. We hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
