The dress code for our wedding is cocktail. For men, examples include suits with dress shoes or loafers. Jackets are required but ties are optional. For women, examples include floor-length gowns, knee-length cocktail dresses and pantsuits or jumpsuits with flats or block heels. There will be some walking on the cobblestones of Amsterdam, so wear stilettos at your own risk!

GVB runs the public transportation in Amsterdam (website here) and the NS runs the trains throughout the Netherlands (website here). Both websites contain journey planners, but Google Maps works too.
