Semi formal doesn’t require a tuxedo or ties just a tidy dress shirt and pants. No ball gowns are needed for the ladies. This day is denim, stubbies, singlets, jandals and gumboot free. Weather permitting we will be having the ceremony outside, this may include steps down into the garden allowing you to pick appropriate footwear. Inside and outside reception to follow.

We do ask if you can arrive 30minutes prior to make your way to the ceremony location. If you wish to arrive earlier, the venue also has a public “lawn bar” where you can purchase food and drink or to freshen up. We would suggest if you did want a meal there pre book in advance to guarantee a table.

The address of the venue is: 305/307 Waikoukou Valley Road, Waimauku 0882 You may drive to the venue. When you arrive drive in gate two there will be a car park on your right on top of the hill. This car park will be secured over night with security and the road gates will be locked once we leave that evening. Your car can be collected from 9AM to 11AM the following day. There are local shuttles or taxis that could take you home if you are leaving your car at the venue or if you wish to be picked up and dropped off again that can also be arranged with your shuttle or taxi company. If you do want to use the shuttle or taxi service please book a day ahead and the latest departure time from the venue is 11:45pm, as the gates will be locked.
