Ben and I have a unique story… Quite a funny one, actually! So… our first date was supposed be a short trip to starbucks and ulta. Ben picked me up at my sister’s house, where naturally, I made him get down to meet her. Let’s just say he didn’t say a word. I now tell myself it’s because the sight of me left him speechless 😂. At the time, however, he appeared standoffish. So fast forward to me getting in his truck and he doesn’t talk to me at all the entire way to Alexandria, no matter how hard I try. I was steadily texting my sister “NEVER AGAIN”. We even plotted for her to mysteriously be in Alexandria at the same time as us so I could ride home with her😂 Anyways, Ben brings me to Albertsons (that’s his idea of Starbucks) so I just go with it but in my head i’m thinking “OMG, I know he didn’t just come to Albertsons for starbucks.” After we finish getting starbucks and going to ulta for a few things, he still hasn’t talked so we head home and all at once he starts singing. I look at him and couldn’t believe it because I lowkey thought he was mute😂. I just vibe with it and then he finally starts talking. Let me tell you once he started, he hasn’t stopped. I love every bit of it! Anyways the rest was history and here we are today! About to walk into one of our canon events and start the rest of our forever together…❤️
