3:30 PM: Wedding shuttles pick up all guests that would like to take advantage of the complimentary ride from the Hilton in Short Pump.

4:15PM: Guests arrive at Clover Forest Plantation in Goochland, Virginia.

4:30 PM: Ceremony begins.

5:00 PM: After the Ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy a cocktail hour on the lawn of Clover Forest Plantation.

6:00 PM: Guests will be ushered into the Clover Forest reception space for dinner and dancing.

10:00 PM: Grand exit. Guests re-board the shuttles for return to the Hilton Short Pump.

11:00 PM: Informal night cap in the bar at Shula's Steakhouse in the lobby of the Hilton Short Pump.

Wedding Schedule to Follow

These three hotels are within half a mile of each other. If you choose to make accommodations outside the wedding blocks that we have secured, we'd strongly encourage our guests to stay in the Short Pump area of Richmond. There are ample hotel and Airbnb options in this area, access to food and shopping, and it's a good jumping off point (albeit 45 minutes away) to our wedding venue in Goochland, Virginia.
