Schedule of Events: 10/13/18

3:30 PM: Wedding shuttles pick up all guests that would like to take advantage of the complimentary ride&nbsp;from the Hilton in&nbsp;Short Pump.&nbsp;4:15PM: Guests arrive at Clover Forest Plantation in Goochland, Virginia.4:30 PM: Ceremony begins.&nbsp;5:00 PM: After the Ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy a cocktail hour on the lawn of Clover Forest Plantation.&nbsp;6:00 PM: Guests will be ushered into the Clover Forest reception space for dinner and dancing.&nbsp;10:00 PM: Grand exit. Guests re-board the shuttles for return to the Hilton Short Pump.&nbsp;11:00 PM: Informal night cap in the bar at Shula's Steakhouse in the lobby of the Hilton Short Pump.&nbsp;

These three hotels are within half a mile of each other.&nbsp;If you&nbsp;choose to make accommodations outside the wedding blocks that we have secured, we'd strongly encourage our guests to stay in the Short Pump area of Richmond. There are ample hotel and Airbnb options in this area, access to food and shopping,&nbsp;and it's&nbsp;a good jumping off point&nbsp;(albeit 45 minutes away)&nbsp;to our wedding venue in&nbsp;Goochland, Virginia.&nbsp;

On the afternoon of the wedding, a&nbsp;complimentary shuttle will run&nbsp;between the Hilton Short Pump and Clover Forest Plantation in Goochland so that&nbsp;our guests can celebrate without worrying about the&nbsp;drive. If you do intend to drive, please note that the drive&nbsp;between Clover Forest Plantation&nbsp;and&nbsp;Short Pump in about 45 minutes.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Limited room block available: get special rates of&nbsp;$109/night (King Bed) or $118/night (2 Queen Beds), plus taxes, when you call and&nbsp;ask for the&nbsp;Lane-Kossoff Wedding Block. Cut off date for special rates is September&nbsp;12, 2018, or while inventory lasts.
