The shuttle bus will provide rides to and from Woodhaven on 8/17. Pickup and drop off times are prompt as the driver will be trying to stick closely to a schedule. Please try to be ready 5 minutes before your shuttle time! The pickup and drop off schedule is as follows.

Departing to Ceremony-

Grandstay hotel pickup: 2:15pm

Country Inn & Suites hotel pickup: 2:55pm

*St. James passengers looking to ride the shuttle to the venue need to get on at the Country Inn & Suites 2:55pm pickup. These two hotels are about 5 minutes a part. The shuttle will drop passengers directly at St. James hotel at the end of the night.

Returning to Hotel-

Woodhaven to Grandstay hotel: 9:15pm, 11:00pm

Woodhaven to St. James hotel/ Country Inn & Suites: 10:00pm, 11:45pm

11:45pm will be the last shuttle bus available for the evening. Cars are allowed to be parked overnight at Woodhaven but must be moved by noon on 8/18.
