The ceremony starts at 5:00 pm. Guests may arrive starting at 4:30 pm.

The attire for the event is black tie, optional. For ladies, that means floor length dresses, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pants suit. Gentleman may wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie.

The best airport to fly into is Hartsfield Jackson international airport. There are car rentals, Ubers, and Groome shuttles available.

There is no parking offered by the venue itself. The venue is right off of Washington Street in downtown Athens. There are parking decks in the nearby area, as well as parking along the nearby streets.

We love your babies, but we kindly ask for only those children 16 years and older to attend.

We will have light hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, as well as dinner during the reception. There will be an open bar with local brews, Prosecco, and wine. Guests will be able to select from several options for dinner. Dinner will be served through a variety of different stations.

The sendoff will be between 9:45 and 10 PM. We know that some of our guests will be driving a distance home that night, but others may choose to stay. Our plan is to head to one of our favorite bars after leaving the reception.
