What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by March 10th, 2024.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:45 PM.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony & reception will be outdoors. The cocktail hour will be indoors! Be sure to wear sunblock!
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes, the venue has a large parking lot. The venue has two separate "venues" one on the front side, and one on the backside. Our ceremony and reception are on the front side of the venue, so park near the front!
What is the weather like in the area in April?
During the day, expect the weather to be in the upper 80's/low 90's (without humidity-it's a dry heat). In the evening the temperatures will drop into the low 80's/upper 70's. I highly recommend wearing sunblock during the ceremony! The Arizona rays are much stronger than in the Midwest!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a very strict guest limit. While we'd love to invite everyone, it is just not feasible. Please only RSVP for the guests listed on your invitation.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We will be serving beer, wine, and well spirits. If you wish, you may purchase top-shelf liquor for $10-15/drink.
Where should we bring/send our gifts?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our temporary home address in Iowa: 1726 Everwood CT SW, Altoona, IA 50009. A wedding card box will be at the entrance of the venue.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We have an amazing photographer and videographer, and we will share the photos and video from the ceremony with all of you! We are requesting an unplugged ceremony, so everyone can enjoy it in real time!
When will the reception end?
The ceremony and reception will span from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
