1. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Guests may arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the official ceremony start time to get settled before the proceedings.

2. IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! But please come in what you’re comfortable wearing!

3. WILL THE CEREMONY AND/OR RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

For the most part, both events will be held inside. There will be outdoor seating available after supper and during the rest of the reception weather permitting.

4. HOW DO I GET TO THE WEDDING VENUE? WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

No, transportation will not be provided, but guests can feel free to carpool or find other rides between the venues. From the Church the easiest route to Powder Ridge is: -Get on I-94 E in Avon -Follow I-94 E to MN-15 South (Take exit 167A-167B) -Continue on MN-15 South towards Kimball -Take a right onto Powder Ridge Road and follow the signs

5. IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE?

There is parking available at both locations. Parking should be able to accommodate all of our guests. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight (if needed.) All cars must be picked up the next day by noon.

6. AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS AT YOUR WEDDING?

Feel free! We would love to see our wedding from your perspective! Just try to be respectful of when the photographer may be trying to get some professional shots of the happy couple!

7. WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

If you could, RSVP by July 31, 2024. This ensures that we have a headcount to give to multiple vendors well before the wedding date.

8. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Unfortunately we can only accommodate those guests formally invited through the wedding website RSVPs. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to venue capacity limitations we can only accommodate those invited.

9. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

After the ceremony, the ushers will be excusing guests from their seats while the bride and groom start with their pictures. Guests may start traveling to the reception location. Feel free to join in social hour, the bride and groom will be there shortly.

10. WHAT TIME DOES THE RECEPTION START?

The doors of the venue will open around 4:30 pm to allow time for vendors to set up. The bride & groom will arrive at the venue around 4:45 pm with dinner starting around 5:30 pm.

11. IS THERE A SEATING CHART?

Ceremony: Guests can feel free to sit wherever there is an open seat in the church; except for the front few pews which will be reserved for the family of the bride and groom. Reception: Guests may sit wherever they would like except for the head table or reserved tables. Dinner will only be served upstairs, but after the meal you may feel free to enjoy the entire venue space.

12. WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Soft drinks will be provided for guests, otherwise alcohol will be available for purchase for guests over the age of 21.

13. WHAT TIME WILL YOUR RECEPTION END?

The dance will end around 11:00 pm.

14. WILL THERE BE A GAP IN BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Yes, the ceremony will end around 3:15 pm with the ushers excusing each row from the church. The doors to the venue will open around 4:30 to allow guests time to travel and vendors time to set up.
