When is the RSVP deadline?
RSVPs are due by 01.03.26. If you do not RSVP prior to the deadline, we cannot guarantee you a seat at our wedding.
Where should we stay?
There are several hotels listed under the travel tab. We recommend staying at the Sheraton Raleigh as a guest in our room block. The block is open to book at the discounted rate until 12.31.2025. If you prefer to arrive earlier or stay later than the designated days on the block, the Sheraton is able to honor the block-rate 3 days prior and post the official block dates. It is also a very short walk to the venue. Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your wedding invitation envelope and RSVP form. We cannot accommodate additional guests unfortunately.
Can our kids come?
While we love your little ones, we can only allow adults in the venue. The venue is 21+.
What is the dress code?
Please wear cocktail attire. This could be midi or maxi dresses, and suits or jackets. Dark colors preferred.
Will the ceremony and reception be held at the same place?
Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at Bridge Club. The venue is located in downtown Raleigh. Please RSVP to select your dinner.
Notes on Accessibility: For guests needing assistance, there is wheelchair access through the side of the venue and an elevator up to the second and third floors where the event will take place.
Where can we park?
There are plenty of parking options downtown. If you choose to drive, city-sanctioned parking such as decks & street parking are free on the weekends. Keep in mind, parking lots are not typically city-sanctioned. More importantly, if you plan to drink, please be responsible! We recommend using a ride share service to and from the event.
What time does the event start?
The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM. We ask that our guests arrive by 5:15 to be sure you're seated our ceremony! Dinner service begins at 7:00, and the event concludes at 10:30 PM.
What kind of food will be available? What about drinks?
Owned by AC Restaurants, Bridge Club offers passed apps during the cocktail hour followed by a seated dinner served family style. AC Restaurants owns Poole’s Diner and Beasley’s Chicken, a couple of Raleigh staples that offer southern comfort cooking. Our dinner menu will reflect that. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in your RSVP response.
Cocktail hour features specialty cocktails, followed by table-side wine service and beer options during dinner. There are also soft drinks available and coffee served with the dessert bar.
When can I take photos during the event and when can I start posting to social media?
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, but photos are encouraged throughout the rest of the evening. No need to wait on me or Ray—post away!
