Parking
Because this is a mountain top venue, the parking situation is a bit confusing! Hopefully, this clarifies how parking will work, and if you still have questions, please reach out to Jordan or Abby directly.
You will park (or be dropped off if opting to use shuttles to the venue) in the grass parking lot circled in RED. A shuttle will transport you up the mountain on the YELLOW path.
Shuttles To and From Hotels
Shuttles have been arranged to pick up from each of our two hotel blocks and transport you to the venue. Upon arrival, a smaller shuttle will transport you to the top of the mountain. If you are driving to the venue, the smaller shuttle will still need to drive you to the top of the mountain.
If you are driving yourself to the venue, you will need to use Google Maps instead of Apple Maps. Apple Maps does not take you to the correct location. There is a grass parking lot directly beyond the large entrance gate at 219 Holcombe Branch Road. Please park there and a shuttle will transport you to the venue at the top of the mountain. If a shuttle isn't there when you arrive, please be patient as the shuttles are running back and forth.
If you are Ubering, have your Uber driver drop you off in this parking lot and a shuttle will drive you up the mountain to the venue.
More information on shuttle pick up times will be provided at a later date!
Can't I just drive up the mountain myself?
No! The drive to the top is very steep and requires 4-wheel drive. Additionally, parking isn't available once you make it to the top.
So even if I drive myself, I still need to use a shuttle?
Yes! The parking lot of the venue is at the bottom of a mountain. Once you arrive, a shuttle will bring you to the top.
If I shuttle from the hotel, will I still need another shuttle to the top?
Yes! The shuttles picking up from the hotels are too large to drive up the mountain. Smaller shuttles will transport to the top.
What happens if I want to leave early?
If you plan to leave early, we suggest you drive yourself to the venue. A shuttle will be available throughout the evening to transport you to your car at any point. Hotel shuttles, however, will not be leaving until the reception ends at 10:00 PM.
How long is the shuttle ride to the top?
Only a few minutes, but because we only have 2 shuttles running, arrive early enough to allow wait time for the next available shuttle.
Can I leave my car overnight?
Yes! If you decide to drive to the venue and use the provided transportation for your ride home, you can pick up your car the next morning.
Do I need to RSVP for a spot on shuttle to and from hotels?
Yes! You will be able to do so in the RSVP section of our website after invitations are sent out. Due to limited seats, you will only be able to use provided transportation if you RSVP for a seat on the shuttle. If you do not RSVP, you will not be able to use the hotel shuttles.
