How do I RSVP?
You will be able to RSVP virtually on this website once invitations are sent out!
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you can't make it, please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
What is the dress code?
We request that guests wear semi-formal attire. For men, this means a suit or dress trousers with a button-down shirt; a tie is optional, but a jacket or blazer is recommended. For women, a midi- or maxi- dress or a jumpsuit would be perfect. Please avoid overly casual outfits like jeans or t-shirts. We want everyone to feel comfortable, while still honoring the special occasion.
Will it be outside or inside?
Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. We anticipate mild weather, but we suggest you bring a sweater just in case if you tend to get chilly!
Will parking be available?
Because this is mountain-top venue, the parking situation is a bit confusing. Parking is available or you can take advantage of the provided transportation to and from the venue. Check out the "Parking and Shuttle Information" tab for more info!
Can I leave my car overnight?
Yes! Cars can be left overnight and must be picked up by 10:00 am Sunday.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, this event is limited to a specific number of attendees, and unless specified on the invitation, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
Can I bring my children?
Due to limited space, we ask that you leave your kiddos at home unless specified on the invitation.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! An open bar consisting of beer, wine, and 2 signature cocktails will be available.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift from our registry, you can have it delivered to us at 1217 Lago Vista Drive Weddington, NC 28104. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
Will there be other events to attend during the weekend?
All of our guests are invited to join us for a welcome cocktail party on the evening before our wedding. More information to come!
What is the best airport to fly into for the wedding?
We recommend flying into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), located just 20 minutes from our wedding venue. It’s a small, easy-to-navigate airport with several nonstop flight options from major cities. Plus, it’s the most convenient option for getting to the festivities without a long drive.
While we recommend Asheville Regional Airport, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is another option. Located about 2 hours away by car, Charlotte offers a wider selection of flights and airlines. If you don’t mind the scenic drive, it can be a good choice for travel flexibility.
For the most convenience, we suggest flying into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), just a short drive to the wedding. If you prefer a larger airport or have better flight options, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is about 2 hours away by car. Choose what works best for your travel plans!
