If you are interested in flying, we recommend you fly into Madison, Milwaukee or Chicago.

Hotel Indigo, The Madison Concourse Hotel, and Inn on the Park offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the Dane County Regional Airport. In addition, there is a chartered bus service from both the Milwaukee Mitchell Airport and Chicago O'Hare International Airport which will take you directly into downtown Madison, and vice versa.

The Badger Bus travels between Milwaukee Mitchell Airport and Madison. The Coach USA Airport Express travels to and from Chicago O'Hare International Airport and Madison.

If making reservations for either the Milwaukee or Chicago chartered bus service, we recommend you choose your destination to be "250 N. Lake St. Madison UW Campus - Madison, WI. This will take you directly into downtown Madison near our hotel blocks.

If interested, the group rate is available for any duration of stay from Wednesday (7/24) through Sunday (7/28). Reservations can be made directly with the hotel or online using the Group Booking Link. To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by Tuesday, June 25.

There is parking available for a nightly fee of $16 per vehicle. A complimentary shuttle is available within a 3 mile radius of the hotel as well as to and from the Dane County Regional Airport.

If interested, the group rate is available for any duration of stay from Wednesday (7/24) through Sunday (7/28). To make a reservation, please call the hotel directly and identify yourselves as part of "Botz/Lucchini Wedding Rooms." Reservations must be made by Tuesday, June 25, to receive the group rate.

There is parking available for a nightly fee of $15 per vehicle. A complimentary shuttle to Dane Country Regional Airport is available from 4:30 AM - 11 PM.

A courtesy block at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace has been arranged.

Due to a conference at the hotel, they can offer a rate on Thursday (7/25) of $329 for single king and $339 for double queen rooms. On Friday (7/26) and Saturday (7/27), the rate is $219 for single king and $229 for double queen rooms. To make a reservation, use the Group Booking Link or call the hotel directly and reference the code "BLWED." To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by June 26.

Inn on the Park Hotel was able to provide a discount code for guests who choose to stay with them.

The code is valid for any length of stay from Wednesday (7/24) through Sunday (7/28). To make a reservation, go to this link and fill in the city, preferred dates, and number of guests. In the RATES drop down select "Promotional" and type in "MADISOCIAL." Hit apply and then find my hotel. Select "View Rooms" on the Best Western Premier Park Hotel box. Browse room types and select your choice based on the "Special Stay Rate." The promotional code is valid until July 19.

Moxy Madison Downtown is conveniently located next door to The Tinsmith and just opened their doors this spring.
