Q + A

When do I have to RSVP by, and how do I do it?

Please RSVP by December 1st using the black button on the "Home" tab. Please RSVP for all members of your party.

Are kids allowed?

Due to limited seating, we request that the reception be reserved for adults and children specifically named on your invitation. However, we would love to have your children at our ceremony!

Can I bring a plus one?

Plus ones are listed as "Your name and guest." In order to stay within venue capacity, we kindly ask that only those specifically named on your party attend.

What happens after the ceremony?

The bridal party and family will be taking photos between the ceremony and reception. Please feel free to explore the beautiful city of La Crosse between events. The doors open for the reception at 5 pm.

Will there be a receiving line after the ceremony?

We're planning our wedding photos around the winter sun and want to make the most of the daylight! While we can't wait to celebrate with you at the reception, we kindly ask that you hold off on congratulating us until then to ensure we have enough time to get the pictures we need.

What should I wear?

Whatever you want! We love you.

What is the parking like?

The church is in a residential area with street parking only, and carpooling is encouraged. The reception has a big parking lot available.

What's on the menu?

We will be serving buffet-style food at our reception. The menu options are baked penne with ricotta and mini meatballs or Italian crusted chicken breast parmesan. Sides include a house salad, baked potato, and honey-glazed carrots.

What's to drink?

We are providing bottomless soda at the reception, but no alcohol will be provided.

Is there a hotel room block anywhere?

Yes! Contact Prairie Inn and Suites in Holmen, WI at (608) 781-4490 and ask about the Schultz Wedding. The hotel is a 16 minute drive from the church and a 4 minute drive from the venue. Rates are $69 nightly for a single queen bed and $74 nightly for two queens.

It's winter in Wisconsin; this thing's inside right?

You betcha!

If blessing you with a check, who should it be made payable to?

Abigail will be changing her name after the honeymoon to prevent any issues while traveling, and checks made payable to "Tyler and Abigail Schultz" or similar phrasings will be uncashable. Checks, if you're blessing us in that way, should therefore be made payable to Tyler Schultz.

What time is the reception?

The doors open to the venue at 5pm. The dinner will start at 6pm.
