When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 1, 2025! If you have not RSVP'd by September 1st, we will assume you cannot attend.

Are plus ones allowed?

Plus ones are only allowed if it’s noted on your RSVP details. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to clarify!

Have you reserved room blocks at one or more hotels?

Yes! We have 20 rooms blocked at Choctaw, 20 rooms blocked at Harrah, and 10 rooms blocked at the Grand Casino Resort. More details for booking can be found when you click on the "Travel" tab.

Will there be any transportation provided?

Unfortunately, transportation won’t be provided, but we recommend arranging your own travel to and from the venue. If you need any recommendations, feel free to ask!

Is there an open bar?

Reception in Oklahoma: The bride and groom are treating you to up to 3 alcoholic drinks during the reception! If you'd like more, please bring cash or a card, as additional drinks will not be covered.

What is the dress code?

Ceremony & Reception: Semi-Formal

Are children allowed?

Yes, we’d be delighted to have your little ones join us as long as they are listed on your invite!

Are you registered for wedding gifts?

Yes! We are registered on The Knot and Amazon. More details can be found by clicking on the "Registry" tab.

Is it okay to take photos during the wedding celebrations?

Ceremony: Since our ceremony will be held in a Catholic Church, we kindly ask that you silence your phones and refrain from taking pictures. Reception: Absolutely! Feel free to take photos and share them with us—we’ll have a photo-sharing QR code available, so we kindly ask everyone to use that to share their pictures! What’s the best airport to fly into?

Reception in Oklahoma: The best airport is Oklahoma City (OKC).

What kind of food should we expect?

Reception in Oklahoma: We’ll be serving bone-in chicken and chicken strips, along with a variety of delicious sides!

Where should we bring/send gifts?

If you’d like to honor us with a gift, we’d be so grateful if you could have it sent to our home at the address below: 135 Commons Circle Saline, MI 48167 There will also be a wedding card box at the reception, but we kindly ask that any packaged gifts be sent to our home in Michigan, as we’d prefer not to travel with too many gifts. Thank you so much! :)

What time should I arrive?

Ceremony: Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to get settled and be ready for the ceremony to begin. We recommend arriving by 2:40 PM. Reception: Feel free to join us for cocktail hour at The Chicken Shack starting at 4:30 PM, with the reception kicking off at 5:30 PM!

What time will the wedding reception end?

The reception will officially end at 9 PM, but the restaurant will remain open until 11:30 PM for regular business hours. You’re welcome to stay and enjoy yourself until closing time! Decor will be cleaned up around 9PM.

Will there be other events to attend on your wedding week/weekend?

Yes! We’ll be hosting a fun Team Bride vs. Team Groom basketball game during wedding week. The date, time, and location are still TBD, but we’d love for you to join us if you’re in town! Reach out to the bride or groom for more details.

What is indoors vs outdoors?

Reception in Oklahoma: Dinner will be indoors, but depending on the weather, the band at our reception may set up in the outdoor seating area for a fun, open-air vibe!
