Attire for the Wedding Ceremony and Reception is Summer Semi-Formal.

If you'd plan on continuing the celebration with us at the Tejas Rodeo, you can wear summer country attire or your wedding attire.

The reception venue has plenty of bathrooms to change into rodeo attire, if you choose to change. There will be space at the reception venue to store your change of clothes so you can change as desired.

While we adore your children, we have chosen to include only the children (under the age of 10) of immediate family at the wedding ceremony and reception.

For the invited, children are welcome to the rehearsal dinner.

Children are more than welcome to attend the rodeo but please notify us via text or knot rsvp to be added to the ticket count.

For our guests flying in for our special weekend, you can fly into and out of one of two options:

1) Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS): approximately 74 miles to Bulverde, Texas (an hour and a half to an hour 45 minutes' drive, depending on traffic)

2) San Antonio International Airport (SAT): approximately 20 miles to Bulverde, Texas (twenty to 30 minutes' drive, depending on traffic)

We have reserved a room block of hotels at the Holiday Inn San Antonio N - Stone Oak area. Please see the 'Travel' tab for more information. Please note: Day of wedding shuttles will only pick-up at and drop off to this location.

If you want to collect the ever-valuable hotel points and nights, there are many other wonderful hotels in the Austin and San Antonio area.

There are so many unique and fun AirBnBs in the area that will provide you with a special, memorable weekend.

We are happy to provide shuttle service from our room-blocked hotel to the Chapel, from the Chapel to Western Sky Reception Venue, and from Western Sky and Tejas Rodeo back to our room-blocked hotel.

Transportation from the hotel to chapel will depart our hotel at 2:00pm CT.

Transportation from the chapel to Western Sky after the ceremony will depart the chapel at 3:30pm CT.

Transporation from Western Sky to the hotel will depart Western Sky at 7pm CT (for those not going to the Tejas Rodeo).

Transportation from the Tejas Rodeo to the hotel will depart the Tejas Rodeo at 9:30pm CT.

Please check before the day before and day of wedding to confirm departure times.

All three venues (Chapel, Western Sky, and Tejas Rodeo) have ample parking if you plan on taking your own vehicle.

The Reception Venue is within walking distance of the Tejas Rodeo, so please feel free to park at Western Sky and walk to the Tejas Rodeo if you'd like.
