So, you've decided to come to our wedding! Woohoo! But wait, we're getting married on a cruise...what do you do next? We'll try to do our best to lay it all out. Remember, you can always contact one of us if you have any further questions!

Head on over to celebritycruises.com to check out the ship, room categories, itinerary, etc. Search for our cruise by filtering by ship, Celebrity Beyond, and cruise date, May 11th, 2025. Here you should find an itinerary matching the itinerary in the wedding invitation: CocoCay, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten. Once you have the room category picked out, and have checked out the ship and itinerary, you'll hopefully be ready to book! You should be Beyond excited!

Once you've decided on the room category, it's time to contact our travel agent. Send an email to Amanda Wint, at amanda@harrtravel.com with "Adam and Trey's Wedding" in the subject line. Be sure to let her know you are looking to book the May 11th cruise aboard the Celebrity Beyond, along with the stateroom category you prefer. If you would like to price out some or all of the room categories, feel free to let Amanda what categories you'd like a quote on and she'll be glad to help!

Amanda will reply and let you know everything you need to provide to officially book. Booking will require a $250 deposit per person. The remaining balance won't be due until 90 days before sailing.

Once you receive your stateroom number, be sure to fill out your RSVP and send it back to us! We will keep track of where everyone is at so we can all stay connected once on board. Amanda will try her best to make sure our rooms are close to each other.

Booking through our travel agent will get you the normal inclusions based on Celebrity's website, a $50 on-board credit, basic wi-fi, and the unlimited basic drink package. All rooms in the group block come with these amenities and is not customizable. This will all be at the group rate, which should be the best rate we can get. If the price of the cruise does drop, Amanda will be happy to re-price.

The actual ceremony will take place on the first Sea Day, May 13th, 2025. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
