Yes! We know there are weddings on cruise ships that take place on embarkation day and do not require booking the cruise. However, we wanted to make the experience as unique as possible. Not only will we be getting married by the captain, at sea, we will also be getting legally married in the country of Malta! This is because the Celebrity Beyond is registered in Malta. We understand cruising might not be for everyone and realize there is an added cost, but we hope you are able to join us to celebrate as we tie the knot under such special circumstances!

It will be on day 3 of the cruise. We will spend the day before at Coco Cay, Bahamas, then our first sea day will also be Wedding Day! The final time will be announced 1 week before the sail date. Info will be posted here.

These days, most cruise lines are relaxed, including Celebrity. However, they do have some requests. "Smart Casual" is required in the theater, main dining room, and speciality dining locations. This does not include flip flops and shorts. There are also 2 formal nights where you can dress to impress or stick to the smart casual look. Our initial decision was to not have a registry, as we know the cruise is a bit of an investment. After pushback from some of our invitees that won't be able to attend, we went ahead and created one,
