COVID 19 Details:
The most up to date covid restrictions in Quebec: Health Measures. Rapid-tests will be handed out before the ceremony. Please show our destinated person your negative results :) In the event that your result is positive, we'll need to turn you away from our event.
Wearing masks outdoor is personal preference. Abiding by Quebec law, the reception venue requires guests to wear masks indoors.
BYOC&B
Since the ceremony is in nature, we'll set up picnic tables but can't guarantee there's enough seats. Bring Your Own (camping) Chair (or stand) & Blanket in case it gets cold!
National Park fees for the ceremony?
Don't worry we got you covered! We'll send you the ticket a few days before the event.
Dress code?
Semi formal attire: formal or cocktail dresses, and suit and tie. Please reserve red and white for the bride. It's a good idea to bring a change of shoes and clothes if you wish to explore the trails near before the ceremony.
Registry?
Monetary contributions are graciously accepted and gift cards are always welcome. There’s also a traditional gift registry.
Weather?
Usually a high of 10°C /47°F, low of 6°C /44°F. There's usually no snow but bring an umbrella just in case of May showers (that bring spring flowers)! It may get cooler this time of the year, a warm jacket is recommended!
What time should I arrive?
You're free to explore the national park until 3:30 which is when the ceremony starts!
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, we’ll all have a drink then will head to Quebec City (Domaine de Maizerets, Chalet Lacroix) for the reception.
Indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors unless it rains then we'll have it under a pavilion. There’s an option for you to stay indoors or outdoors for the reception.
