Ceremony will start at 5:30 pm, we ask that everyone is seated / gathered around (standing welcome) at least 5 minutes prior.

Wenatchee Valley Shuttle - 20 person capacity Trolley to transport guests from town to venue............ (pick up/drop off at Campbells Resort and the park and ride near lakeside lodge and suites) .................Campbells pick up times: 3:30pm / 4:30pm .................Park and Ride pick up times: 4pm / 5pm ..................Taxi / Uber okay for those who cannot take the trolley .................Park and ride address: 2120 W Woodson Ave, Chelan, WA 98816 ................Reach out to 253-282-6931 to coordinate personal car parking if needed, as there is limited space at venue

Reception will begin as soon as the ceremony ends, everyone will be asked to please take their ceremony seats to their assigned tables + help those who need assistance to carry their chairs, thank you!!

Drinks + snacks will be available as soon as you arrive to the venue, on us! Tips (cash only) for the bartender will go to Bethel High School + Chelan High School Football Programs…………….. Additional appetizers available after ceremony……………… Dinner will be prepared on site and served by Tacos El Guerro starting around 6:30 pm

Trolley Service will start again around 8 pm, last run will be around 10:30pm, our DJ will announce last call for trolley ride into town. Uber/Taxi is an acceptable option for those who are not able to use the bus service
