Ceremony and Reception will both take place at: 1705 Little Butte Ranch Rd Chelan, Wa 98816

The venue resides on a private road, and has requested we limit car traffic, as well as has a limited space for parking.

We will provide a trolley service (20 guests at a time) to transport to/ from the venue from Campbells Resort and the Chelan park and ride next to Lakeside Lodge and Suites

*Snacks and Drinks will be available for those who arrive early to venue* Uber/ Taxi is recommended for those who cannot take our service

To the venue, pick up locations/ times: Campbells Resort: 3:30pm / 4:30pm

Park and ride: (2120 W Woodson Ave, Chelan, Wa 98816):

4pm / 5pm

From the venue: The trolley will be available to return to town starting around 8pm Last pick up time from venue will be around 10:30

We will have our DJ announce last call for trolley ride back to town

If unable to take the bus service we provide, or Uber/ taxi is not an option for you, just reach out at 253-282-6931 and we can discuss alternatives, as a small number of cars may be allowed at the venue.
