Addy and Rhys met while attending Ohio University in the Spring of 2016. Throughout college, they spent time together singing in various Choral and A Cappella groups on campus, hiking in the beautiful Hocking Hills surrounding campus, and studying at their favorite local hangout, Donkey Coffee.

In the 8 years since, they have adventured to countless National Parks, backpacking, paddling, and climbing their way around the world. After all that time adventuring and growing ever closer, it only made sense when Addy popped the question at the top of the highest peak in Big Bend National Park.
