When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

If you could please RSVP by February 1st 2024. There is no need to mail back the RSVP, you can use the link below to the page and RSVP there or text Adele 775-401-1490 or Andrew 920-915-6500. To RSVP look up one member of your group (anyone who the invitation was addressed to) and you should be able to see your party and accept/decline for all.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Here is the link to the hotel block for anyone who would like to stay at the Sun Peaks Grand (this is where the ceremony is being held).

The link below will also give multiple places around the village to stay. Anywhere in the village is a max 1-10 minute walk to the ceremony/reception. Please check where the place is with regards to the village, some can be a 20+ minute walk.

There are also a number of Airbnb options in the area! Just keep in mind that if you choose this option it may be a longer walk or a drive to venues.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Cocktail or casual Attire. We want you to be comfortable and get ready to dance the night away! I would recommend women wearing a dress, long or short, or a pantsuit. For men I would recommend a collard shirt, long or short, and dress pants.

Where will the ceremony and reception be taking place?

The ceremony will be taking place outside at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel Terrace. Just a 2 minute walk down near the base of the chairlift, the reception will be held inside at Masa's restaurant with an outside option for some lawn games. Both of these locations are nice and close and will have lots of signage so no one gets lost!

Anywhere in the village is a maximum 10 minute walk. If you choose to stay outside the village the walk/drive could be longer.

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do

Everything! Ah sadly there is not enough time to hike, bike, eat and drive around to the surrounding areas. We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favourite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area, including coffee shops, spas and restaurants to visit before or after the wedding.

I still have questions. What is the best way to contact you

The best way to contact us is to call or send a text!

Adele (775)-401-1490

Andrew (920)-915-6500

Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself, gifts are not necessary! If you do choose to browse our wedding registry, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address:

5120 214th St

Langley BC, V3A 5B7

If I have a car, will there be parking?

Yes! Since it is opening weekend, parking at the main village (P3) might be full but you can definitely try! There is also parking at P2,P3 and P5 as well as along the streets where it allows you too. I have attached a map of the parking lot locations and there distances from the ceremony/reception.
