Cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors of the clubhouse at Vail Golf Club immediately following the Ceremony. **We recommend bringing a jacket or warm pashmina. Shuttles: For those guests taking the wedding day shuttles, from Vail Racquet Club & Inn at Riverwalk, please meet at the main check-in building of the Racquet Club and main lobby of the Inn at 3:00 PM. Shuttles will depart at 3:15 PM. Wedding Party and Immediate Families will be on earlier shuttles. Parking: Guests that choose to drive themselves will be able to park in the lot at Vail Golf & Nordic Club. Keep in mind, the Vail free in-town bus can also take you to there. Get off on the clubhouse stop. *Uber and Lyft are VERY LIMITED in Vail so it's not the most viable mode of transportation.
