Why Walt Disney World?
We can’t think of any other place that feels just as distinctly *us.* We are hoping to show our family and friends what we love about Disney. We invite you to experience some of the things we love most - fireworks, food, and a few special Disney touches that we will leave a surprise. We hope that you leave our wedding weekend with a better understanding of why we love it here and why we go again and again.
Will there be a welcome party or any other weekend events?
We are hosting a welcome party in a private viewing patio area of Fantasmic!, Disney’s Hollywood Studio’s nighttime spectacular. We’d love to have you there to start our wedding weekend off in the most magical way. Park admission is not required - a guide will meet our guests at the entrance of the park and escort you to the private area. Food and drink will be served and you’ll get an introduction to the magic of Disney in Mike’s favorite park!
On Sunday, we plan to meet in World Showcase in Epcot to drink around the world. Join us for a margarita in Mexico, a Grey Goose slushy in France, and a black and tan in the UK! Note that park admission is required for this as this is a casual meet up.
Where should I stay?
We have reserved a block of rooms at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. We have rooms at both Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs (where we will be staying) and the main resort. You can book through our link here: http://book.passkey.com/go/G0832139
While you are welcome to stay off property or at any other Disney resort, we will be providing round trip transportation on the wedding day ONLY from this resort. We’d love to have you stay here with us and look forward to seeing you around the resort that weekend!
For our local friends and family or those who prefer to drive, please feel free to meet us at the Wedding Pavilion at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. Parking is available onsite.
How long should I stay?
We recommend at least two nights - Friday night for our welcome party, and Saturday for our wedding events (about 2pm - 10pm). However, if you plan to make it an extended trip to “do” Disney, we recommend at least 4 days to see each of the parks. Check out our Disney favorites to see what we love most about them. Discounted tickets ($20 off park hopper- per person/per day & discounted half day tickets) are available through our room block website . You can also call 407-939-4686 and tell them you're attending the Buzzetta/Stazzone wedding. We will be in the parks for a few days before and after the wedding and would love to meet up with our guests whenever possible!
I need help planning my Disney trip. Who can I contact?
Adrienne's friend and Disney vacation planner, Kaitlin Smith, can book your room, help you choose the best ticket options for your party, and even book your Genie+ reservations at no extra cost. Please contact her at kaitlins@pixietravelco.com or follow her at @pixietravelbykaitlin.
What is the dress code?
Our wedding is black tie optional. While we are in Disney, we are having a more traditional formal affair with a reception in a ballroom.
For our welcome party the night before, please dress semi-formal.
Are kids invited?
Yes, we can’t wait to celebrate with our littlest Disney fans!
