We wouldn't want you to miss out on anything, so please arrive no later than 12:30 p.m.! That gives you plenty of time to park, go to the restroom, and mingle a bit before the ceremony.
What does parking look like?
The park has a large parking lot at the front that can accommodate around 35-40 cars, with an additional field for overflow parking. There will be $10 parking fee per the county's parking regulations. However, we strongly encourage carpooling to minimize overflow and ensure ample space for everyone.
What do I wear?
The dress code is "formally casual", so feel free to dress your best but leave plenty of room for dancing! We also encourage vibrant, earthy tones over greys and neutrals to help set the mood.
What forms of nourishment will be provided?
We will be serving ___ for lunch. Instead of a traditional cake, we’ve decided to offer gourmet s’mores from Marsh & Mallow Co., a gluten-free company. There will also be a table for drinks like water, lemonade, and soda. Please stay hydrated as it may get hot, especially after dancing!
Will there be alcohol?
We will be serving alcohol so please drink responsibly! We want everyone to make it home safe, so consider carpooling if you plan on drinking. It will also make parking easier!
Is everything going to be outdoors?
Yup! Rain or shine, both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so be sure to take your allergy medication! The reception will take place in a covered A-frame, and if it does rain, we’ll relocate the ceremony as needed.
Are plus ones allowed?
Although we would love to celebrate our love with everyone, we've decided to keep this day intimate by only inviting close friends and family.
Who do I contact if I have any other questions?
You're welcome to reach out to Maebeth on her cell at (503) 501-9338 if you have any additional questions. I'm happy to help with anything, but please be sure to identify yourself when you message or call! As the wedding approaches, most questions will be directed to the wedding planner.
