Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. Please ensure you are seated by 5:00pm and the ceremony will start at 5:30pm!

Our ceremony will be outdoors in the garden at Larkfield, as long as the weather permits. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event, with exceptions, so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

The dress code for our wedding is formal.

For guests traveling from out of town, we recommend staying at one of the following nearby hotels: Hampton Inn in Commack. This hotel is about 10–15 minutes from our venue and is a convenient option with easy access to the Long Island Expressway, restaurants, and shops. Holiday Inn Express in Stony Brook. Another great option about 20 minutes away, located near Stony Brook Village and the water, which makes for a nice area to explore during your stay. Both hotels are comfortable, convenient, and close to the wedding festivities. We recommend booking early, as summer weekends on Long Island can fill up quickly!
