3pm is the start time for check in so please discuss with the venue for your room allocations. This is also the time for guests to relocate to the dining area for drinks and to prepare to welcome the couple to the Wedding Breakfast

Arrival of evening guests for the cake cutting and first dance. Buffet to be served at 9pm with a live band and DJ to follow until midnight when the couple departs
