Cocktail: it aims to strike a balance between formal and casual, as well as elegant and comfortable. Typically you can wear a suit and tie, a cocktail dress, or traditional attire.

Kitchener-Waterloo airport might be an option if you’re flying domestically. Otherwise, Pearson International Airport is only an hour drive from Kitchener. If driving from Pearson airport is not an option, you can take public transportation (GO Bus) or Uber/Taxi.
