It was evening of February 21st, 2018, and Phil was locking the door of his new apartment before leaving for a date. While locking his door, Phil heard something fierce running down the hall. As he turned around, a small, fluffy Pomeranian was sliding to a screeching halt at Phil’s feet. Phil then proceeded to pick up the fluffy creature, but then he heard what sounded like a human running toward him. As Phil looked up, he saw a beautiful, young lady running in his direction. She looked like an angel coming down from heaven 😊. His somewhat confused facial expression immediately transformed into a smile.

 

(Enter Alaida) Unfortunately, Phil’s smile was not met with the same reaction from the young lady. The two quickly introduced themselves, but the young lady who introduced herself as Alaida, was not in a very talkative mood. She just finished a walk with her dog named Koba after a long day at work and was needing to get dressed for a date as well. 

 

















Alaida was somewhat embarrassed because she met her new, hot neighbor, while chasing her wet, fluffy dog down the apartment complex hall. Although, Alaida was somewhat reluctant to converse, this didn’t stop Phil from saying a few words to his new neighbor.

















After a brief conversation, the two split ways for their separate dates. The very next day, Phil asked Alaida to join him for a glass of wine. After the glass of wine, Phil then proceeded to ask Alaida on an official date. 

 

















It so happened that they planned their&nbsp;first official date on one of the best days known to mankind, National Margarita Day. After a few margaritas and some good tex-mex, the rest is history.&nbsp;















One year later, Phil asked his new&nbsp;neighbor with the small, fluffy Pomeranian to be his wife, and she&nbsp;said YES&nbsp;😊. We now invite you to take part in Alaida and Phil's story&nbsp;by attending their wedding&nbsp; in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado.

The hunting call of the bull elk fills the Estes Valley during the early days of fall. To&nbsp;celebrate the annual elk rut and learn about the "wapiti", the Native American name for elk, Estes Park hosts the annual Elk Fest in Bond Park.&nbsp;The Elk Fest&nbsp;starts Saturday September 28th thru Sunday September 29th. Elk Fest

On Friday September 27th we are all going on a “user friendly” hike! This will be an easier hike so everyone can join :).&nbsp;

Meet us at The Rocky Mountain National Park headquarters located at the main entrance at 11AM.&nbsp; If you are unable to make this hike, you can drive through the park and experience all the amazing wildlife and beautiful mountains! We&nbsp;would recommend not missing out on this amazing&nbsp;opportunity!&nbsp;A park pass is required to enter the park.
