There are two airport options for our guests who are flying in: Boston Logan Airport (BOS) is the larger airport and will likely have more direct flight options. This airport is roughly 90 minutes from Newport. The other option is T.F. Green Airport (PVD) in Providence, RI. This is a smaller airport that is roughly 30 mins from Newport.

Invitations will be sent out around March 2025 (possibly sooner) in the mail. To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is Tuesday, April 22nd 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no.' We need to provide the vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

For men, formal attire includes a blazer or sport coat with dress pants or khaki pants. For women, formal attire includes a formal evening gown or a dressy cocktail dress. To clarify, no jeans or shorts please! Since the ceremony will be outside (weather-permitting), we would encourage ladies to wear chunky heels or flats to avoid sinking in the grass.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside on the Great Lawn, and our cocktail hour will also be on the Patio which is covered overhead but still exposed to the elements. The weather should be seasonable (70s), but please keep this in mind as our wedding date approaches. Should there be inclement weather, our ceremony will be held indoors.

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:00pm. We recommend guests arrive at 5:45pm so there is time to find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do NOT walk down the aisle, but instead walk on the outside of the benches and find a seat.

Your invitation will specify if your significant other is invited or if you have a plus one. We kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests as we will not have a seat or meal arranged for them.

Yes - we want to cherish the limited time that we get to spend with all of our family and friends under one roof.

Yes - we want our guests to enjoy themselves! Premium liquors, wines, beers, juices and mixers, bar fruit/garnishes and soft drinks will all be available at the bar for consumption.

Should you have any dietary restrictions, please write your restrictions on the back of the RSVP card you receive in the mail.
