Our special day will take place at Receptions Event Center in Erlanger, Kentucky! The start time is 6:30 pm. Please arrive at 6:00 to find your table. The ceremony and reception will take place in the same room.

The ceremony will begin at 6:30. Please arrive prior to the time to find your seat. Receptions has plenty of parking in their parking lot.

After the ceremony ends, immediately following will be dinner. Dinners will be a buffet style! Following dinner will be our first dance, the shoe game, and the reception/dance! We are very excited to have you come and celebrated our day!

The venue is off of the 75/71 highway in Kentucky. We recommend utilizing your GPS. The address is 1379 Donaldson Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018.

We are doing a buffet styled dinner. You will be able to pick from 2 entrees including Pork Loin and Gravy and Chicken Parmesan. We will also be serving 3 sides including a seasoned vegetable bouquet, roasted garlic mash potatoes, and pasta primavera farfalle. Salad will be included with fresh rolls and butter.

There are many hotel options in the Cincinnati/ Erlanger area. Recommend hotels include Country Inn and Comfort Inn. Please plan accordingly. We do advise that you book ASAP, as the Cincinnati Music Festival is happening during the same weekend and hotel prices might be surging or booked. We also recommend looking into AirBNB options.

Invitations will be sent out 3-4 months prior to the wedding. You will then fill out a RSVP form online on our site, where you will let’s us know your attendance.

We ask that you wear formal attire. Feel free to wear any color of your choosing, with the exception of white!

We are blessed to have most things we need in life! If interested, we will have a cash fund found on our wedding page under the registry tab. We ask that if you like to bring a gift, you use our cash fund instead. It’s not required as we are just happy to have you celebrate our day with us!

As much as we love children, we are making this an adult only celebration!

Your invitation will indicate whether you are allowed to bring a plus one. As much as we love guest, we are at capacity!

Alcohol will not be provided, as we don’t see the need for it on our special day! We will be providing water, soda, and mock tails. If you do want an alcoholic beverage, we ask that you drink it before or after the wedding!
