Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the best option for our guests to fly into. It is a 15-minute drive to the Lowes Vanderbilt Hotel from BNA. It is about a 12-minute drive to the Mt. Juliet hotels from BNA.

Transportation will be provided to and from The Estate at Cherokee Dock from all the hotel options for our guests. Even if you are not staying at one of the hotel locations, you have the option to take transportation from one of these locations. We want all our guests to be able to celebrate with us and have a safe ride back to their accommodations and we also know that Ubers from the city can be a little pricey! Pick-up times for the two pick-up locations are listed below.


Pick Up from Lowes Vanderbilt Hotel. Please be ready by 2:30 PM sharp and outside by West End Avenue. Buses will meet you there.




Pick Up from Mt. Juliet Hotels - Please be ready by 2:30 PM sharp and outside your hotels ready to board the buses.

Transportation will be running to and from venue to hotels, later in the evening to ensure that you get back safely from the event.
