How I know the Bride: I first met Emily when I was born. Do I remember it? No, not really. If anything, my first impression/memory of her was when I was probably four and she tied me to a chair in her bedroom and gave me a GREAT haircut. Ya girl was rocking a lopsided bowl cut for a while. Thanks, Em.
Topics of Conversation: I enjoy talking about law school, Emily, and long walks on the beach.
How I know the Bride: I knew immediately that Emily would be my best friend. She was leading my first Relay for Life meeting and I thought she was… the coolest. I left and called my mom and told her that I wanted to be just like Emily and that I thought we would be friends. Like a girl with a (friend) crush, I found every reason to talk to Emily about Relay for Life. A few months later, we chatted during sorority recruitment and I knew that if Emily was a Zeta then I, too, wanted to be a Zeta. Since then, Emily became my sorority big and my best friend. I cherish my little family (Emily, Johanna, and Sam) and our past and future adventures. Alec has been a part of our family since the beginning, but I can’t wait for it to be official!
Topics of Conversation: Volleyball, photography, coaching kiddos/teaching kiddos, Scrabble
How I know the Bride: Emily is my cousin, who was in fact born 2 months and 13 days before me (so, we are *almost* twins) and I love her dearly!! I am very thankful to have her as a cousin, trusty confidant, and built-in best friend!
Topics of Conversation: Professional dog petter, ice cream enthusiast, and an aspiring morning person. My hobbies include slowly turning my apartment into a jungle with my plant addiction.
How I Know the Bride: Emily and I went to high school together at Culver Academies. We met as incoming freshmen in Ciel dorm and were roommates by senior year. Emily was the first person from Culver that I opened up to and my rock throughout high school. Whether it was during a long weekend when we were trapped on campus together, or running around campus playing lava on a Saturday night (clearly we were wild teens…), Emily was, an and continues to be an incredible friend and support system and I am grateful to have her in my life.

How I know the Bride: I first met Emily on her bid day and immediately knew I wanted her to be my little. Her excitement and positivity about everything made her so much fun to be around. I knew she would become a very important friend and influence in my life!

How I know the Bride: I met Emily at her first day of work for Best Buddies in South Florida - I found her sitting on the floor outside the door of our office because our boss did not arrive on time to let her in. We made some classic first-day small talk and at first impression she seemed kind! I had heard good things from other coworkers who worked with her during her internship but I knew we would be friends the moment we both wore the same exact outfit to a happy hour fundraiser later that same day without discussing it ahead of time (jean jacket gang forever!!). From there we became work wives and were pretty much inseparable both in and out of work!
Topics of Conversation: Reading romance novels, convincing the general public that gin + tonics should be served with lemons, and always trying to add in visiting hotel lobbies as a legit stop on a travel itinerary
How I know the Bride: I truly don’t remember meeting Em, and it’s hard to remember a time before knowing her! I feel like I’ve always known her light, warmth, kindness, wit, and I’m sure as hell lucky I know her! We met in graphic tees in '09 at summer camp and the rest is ancient history ❤️
Topics of Conversation: Sports, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Live Music, I love live music and have seen Daft Punk, Prince and Tony Bennet. Not all the same show though. That would've been one hell of a Lolla. Also, why is Michael Tasicas so damn loud all of the time?

Topics of Conversation: I enjoy having a bottle of wine while watching chick flicks, falling asleep to Taylor Swift, and doing backflips when people tell me not to.
First Impression of the Groom: “Who’s this obnoxious kid and why does he keep following me?” We met on the Shorewood swim team when we were 5. My mom made my be nice to him because she loved Val (his mom). Needless to say, he grew on me 😉 (don’t add the wink to the website though), and now 20 years later, here we are!!

Topics of Conversation: I do a medium amount of flying, P8s for the Navy, but am really into woodworking, which is ironic. It's a tough fight but not a hard one. I'm also partial to some running and am never mad at a weekend out in the woods (actual trees, this time).
How I know the Groom: Alec and I were roommates freshman year at Culver. He was good at guitar but bad at basketball like myself. Very talkative. He was a good influence, at least as much as one teenager can be on another, on me.
Topics of Conversation: Sailing, Army, Culver, finance, Golden retriever picture sharing (mine is named Patriot and he’s the bestest of boys), controversial opinions, cancel culture, hate speech
How I know the Groom: I first met Alec as a new sophomore at Culver Military Academy. Alec was a team leader at the time and a color corporal. I looked up to all the color corporals as a new cadet, but especially Alec. He was knowledgeable and always fair. We had mutual friends and formed our own friendship over that winter going to hockey games and doing stupid things like getting in trouble for playing fruit lacrosse in the barracks. By the end of the year, Alec became one of my closest friends and remains someone I look up to, to this day.
Topics of Conversation: Tech, working out, cooking, sending Alec bat-related memes🦇
How I know the Groom: We met in freshman Humanities class with Mrs. Battersby. He always wanted to challenge everything she had to say, which I found hilarious.
