Q + A

What is the dress code?

Although we do not have a specific dress code, we prefer cocktail attire. For men this means suit pants, button up shirt, and/or a suit jacket or blazer. For women, this means a knee length formal dress or maybe even a pantsuit. If you need help deciding what to wear, don’t hesitate to reach out to me!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We ask that you please arrive to the ceremony between 4:15-4:30 to ensure that you do not miss anything. Your punctuality means the world to us. For our out of town guests, we kindly suggest considering an early departure to ensure you reach the ceremony venue at a decent time and avoid any potential traffic delays.

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will miss you celebrating with us however, we will need to provide our vendors and venue an exact headcount by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar with a limited selection of beer, wine and liquor. Please plan accordingly to have a way to get home or to your hotel safely.

What color will the bridesmaids be wearing?

All of the beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing the color Auburn Moon which resembles a terracotta.

The Ceremony

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We please ask you to refrain from taking pictures and/or videos on your cellphone. We are paying for professional pictures and videos and we would like those to not be ruined by a cellphone. We will make an announcement before the ceremony, so please arrive a little early. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids invited?

Although we love your little ones, the wedding and reception is an adult-only event. The only children in attendance are included in the wedding party. We hope you understand.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity limits, only the people that are listed when you RSVP are the guests who are invited.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the bride and groom’s immediate family will stay back to take pictures. Everyone else will make their way to the reception venue.

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

If we do not have your RSVP by 9/23/24, we unfortunately won’t be able to accommodate you. We hope you understand and will miss celebrating with you!
