Aleece and Mason's journey from their initial meeting to their engagement was filled with moments of joy, growth, and the inevitable challenges that life throws at any couple. After their initial meeting in September of 2020, Aleece and Mason continued to build their connection over phone calls, sharing their dreams, aspirations, and the intricacies of their daily lives. The two weeks of phone conversations only deepened their bond, creating a foundation of understanding and genuine affection for each other. Finally, on a crisp October 16, 2020, the couple decided it was time to meet in person. The date was filled with laughter, shared stories, and a sense of comfort that hinted at the beginning of something beautiful. As time passed, Aleece and Mason's relationship blossomed. They navigated the challenges of a long-distance relationship, with Aleece still in college and Mason beginning his career after graduating from technical college. The miles between them only seemed to strengthen their connection, as they supported each other's individual pursuits and celebrated each other's achievements. However, like any love story, Aleece and Mason faced trials and tribulations. There were moments of uncertainty, times when external pressures tested their commitment, and occasions when they had to navigate the complexities of merging their individual lives. Yet, through it all, their love endured, and they emerged stronger, learning to lean on each other during the storms. On a warm August 3rd, 2023, against the backdrop of the challenges they had overcome and the love they had cultivated, Mason got down on one knee and proposed to Aleece. The proposal was a testament to the resilience of their love and the depth of their connection. As Aleece and Mason looked forward to the next chapter of their lives together, they carried with them the lessons learned, the memories created, and the unwavering love that had brought them from a chance meeting to a momentous engagement. Their journey was a beautiful tapestry of shared dreams, mutual growth, and a love that had withstood the test of time and trials. The couple eagerly anticipated the adventures that awaited them in their shared future, confident that their love would continue to flourish, no matter what challenges lay ahead.

Southern Pearl is one of our favorite places to do a date night. They have a really great selection of food and really great drinks. Their oysters are our favorite. It is just fancy enough to wear your Sunday best.
