It all began in an 8am psychology class at Drexel University. Allie jumpstarted conversation with Josh by bringing him a cup of coffee from the Starbucks on campus. A couple months later, he asked her to be his girlfriend!

They spent the majority of 2019 traveling and hanging out with friends, both old and new. They took on many new hobbies together, including golfing, skiing, baking, hiking, and camping.

One weekend in the middle of the pandemic, they unexpectedly bought a puppy named Tonka! (yes, that is his given Amish name). Tonka is from Lancaster and is one of the inspirations behind getting married there!

The summer of 2021, they upgraded their camping game by inheriting a camper and renovating it. So far, it has traveled to campgrounds throughout South Jersey and all the way to South Carolina!

They took their first big trip together to Moab, Utah. They hiked miles of red rock in Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, seeing the famed Delicate Arch.

After almost a year of searching, they finally closed on their first home! They stumbled upon this little, white farmhouse in rural New Jersey and instantly fell in love.

Little did Allie know that Josh was orchestrating a proposal to take place on the front porch of their new home a week later, one day before they moved in.

In the spring, they celebrated the purchase of their new home and engagement with family and friends!
