The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive between 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to grab a welcome drink and find your seat!

We ask that you wear formal attire. For the gentlemen, wear a dark suit. No tuxedos. For the ladies, wear a long dress. Since it is late October, we would love to see you all in rich colors like burgundy, forest green, gold, blue, brown, or black. Think moody, fall, vintage vibes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors on grass weather permitting so be mindful of your footwear!

Yes! Shuttles will pick guests up at the entrance of the Convention Center on E Vine St. by the rear of the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. Pick up times are 3:45pm and 4:00pm. Following the reception, shuttles will leave our venue at 10:00pm, returning to the hotel. Please note that our venue strictly prohibits Uber and Lyft.

Yes! You can either opt to drive yourself or take our shuttle buses to and from our venue. Please note that our venue strictly prohibits Uber and Lyft.

Yes! Our block is currently full, however you can still book at the standard room rate at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. Hotel Parking: Penn Square Parking Garage at 28 S. Duke St.
