Parts of the event may be outdoors. Late September weather in Louisville can be warm during the day and cooler in the evening, so we recommend light layers and comfortable shoes.

Yes, on-site parking is available at The Olmsted.

Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is the closest airport and is about 15–20 minutes from most downtown hotels and The Olmsted. We recommend staying in areas such as NuLu, the Highlands, or St. Matthews for convenient access to dining, attractions, and the venue.
