Alex grew up frequenting New Orleans with her family, so it has always had a special place in her heart, full of wonderful and fun memories! When she met Pat, she shared her experiences and memories of New Orleans with him, and it quickly became one of their favorite places to visit in between pilot training and teaching. When considering wedding locations, New Orleans was the obvious choice, and they can't wait to share it with all of you!

As much as we love kids (Alex is a teacher after all), this will be an all-adult event. We appreciate you understanding and hope you'll still enjoy yourself!

We wish we could accommodate everyone, but we are asking unless specified on your invitation, do not bring a plus one.

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a fantastic photographer to capture our wedding, so we ask that you do not have your cell phones out during the ceremony itself. We will be sure to share all photographs he takes.

We ask that you wear your best wedding attire (cocktail attire). No jeans, sneakers, or casual wear.

Magazine Street is an adorable and amazing street to peruse. There are countless shops, bakeries, and restaurants, and galleries to explore! Frenchmen Street is our go-to for a night on the town! I would highly recommend this area (near the French Quarter) over Bourbon Street.
